At our main gathering this month, we got to hear from two of our core team members. John Carpenter and Mike Vo each shared their stories and how they came to know the Lord.
While they had very different upbringings (one was exposed to multiple faiths, the other raised in Christianity), God had plans for each of them and pursued them in different ways.
We had an engaging time of discussion after their sharing, and we were able to talk about ways that God is pursuing each of us, and how to deal with difficult times.
